For Creators
How do I start selling?
- Sign in with your Google account at sellkraft.in/login
- Go to your Dashboard and create a new listing
- Upload your digital file, set a title, description, and price
- For paid products, complete Razorpay KYC in Settings
- Publish — your product is live and you get a shareable link!
What file types can I sell?
You can sell any digital file — PDFs, ZIPs, DOCs, PPTs, images, videos (MP4), design files (FIG, PSD, AI), source code, and more. Maximum file size is 1 GB.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through Razorpay. You need to complete KYC verification (PAN, bank details) in your Dashboard Settings. Once verified:
- You receive 96% of each sale (4% platform fee)
- Funds are settled to your bank account per Razorpay's schedule (typically T+2 business days)
- Free listings have no fee
What is the platform fee?
SellKraft charges a flat 4% fee on paid sales. There are no monthly subscriptions, listing fees, or hidden charges. Free products are completely free to list and distribute.
Can I edit or delete my listings?
Yes! From your Dashboard, you can edit titles, descriptions, prices, and cover images. You can also pause or delete listings. Paused listings are hidden from buyers but can be reactivated anytime.
For Buyers
How do I purchase a product?
- Find a product you want on the Explore page or a creator's store
- Click "Buy" and enter your email address
- Complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
- You'll receive an instant download link on screen and via email
No account required to buy — just your email for the download link.
I didn't receive my download link
- Check your spam / junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email during checkout
- Download links are also shown on screen immediately after payment
- If you still can't find it, email us at hello@sellkraft.in with your payment ID
Can I get a refund?
Since digital products can be downloaded immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us at hello@sellkraft.in with details and we'll help resolve it.
Is it safe to pay on SellKraft?
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, one of India's largest and most trusted payment gateways. SellKraft never sees or stores your card details. All transactions use bank-grade encryption.
