How do I download a product after purchase?
After a successful purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link to the email address you entered during checkout. The link is valid for a limited time. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Do I need an account to buy?
No! Buyers don't need an account. Just enter your email at checkout, complete the payment, and you'll receive the product via email instantly.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are set by individual creators. Please reach out to the creator directly or contact us at hello@sellkraft.in for assistance.
How do I start selling on SellKraft?
Sign in with your Google account, upload your digital products from the dashboard, connect your Razorpay account for payments, and you're live! Your store is automatically created at sellkraft.in/store/yourname.
How do I get paid?
We use Razorpay Route for payments. After connecting your Razorpay account in Settings, payments are transferred directly to your bank account. You need to complete KYC verification with your PAN and bank details.
What file types can I sell?
You can sell any digital file โ PDFs, ZIPs, images, videos, code, Figma files, Notion templates, and more. Files are securely stored and delivered to buyers via email after purchase.
Can I pause or delete my listings?
Yes โ from your Dashboard โ Listings, you can pause a listing temporarily (hiding it from buyers) or delete it permanently. You can also pause your entire store from Settings.
