Terms of Service

By accessing or using SellKraft ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in India to use SellKraft as a creator (seller). Buyers must be at least 13 years old.

You can create an account using Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

As a creator (seller) on SellKraft, you agree to:

• Only sell digital products that you own or have the rights to distribute
• Not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or misleading content
• Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Complete Razorpay KYC verification to receive payments for paid products
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including GST requirements

You may not list products that contain:

• Copyrighted material you don't have rights to sell
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination
• Illegal or regulated substances
• Personally identifiable information of others
• Misleading or fraudulent content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

• All prices are set by creators and displayed in Indian Rupees (₹)
• SellKraft charges a 4% platform fee on each paid sale. Creators receive 96% of the sale price.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay. Payouts follow Razorpay's standard settlement schedule.
• Creators must complete Razorpay KYC verification before receiving payouts
• Free listings incur no platform fee

• Upon successful payment, buyers receive immediate access to download the purchased digital product
• Download links are sent via email and are valid for the period specified
• Digital products are for personal use unless the creator specifies otherwise
• Refund requests should be directed to hello@sellkraft.in. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their products. By listing a product on SellKraft, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote the product on the Platform.

The SellKraft name, logo, and platform design are owned by SellKraft India. You may not use our branding without written permission.

SellKraft provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Quality or accuracy of products listed by creators
• Disputes between creators and buyers
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@sellkraft.in.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
