Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store this to create and manage your SellKraft account.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details, bank account numbers, or UPI IDs. Razorpay's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.

Product Data: Files you upload (digital products, cover images) are stored in our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and delivered to buyers upon purchase.

Usage Data: We collect basic analytics such as page views, product views, and sales counts to provide dashboard statistics to creators.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your SellKraft account and store
• Process transactions between creators and buyers
• Send purchase confirmations and download links to buyers
• Display your public store profile and product listings
• Provide customer support
• Send important service updates (e.g., payment status changes)

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing and KYC verification (as required by RBI regulations)
• Cloudflare: For hosting, storage, and content delivery
• Resend: For sending transactional emails (download links, receipts)
• Google: For authentication (OAuth sign-in)

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens
• Secure, httpOnly cookies for web sessions
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse

You can:

• Access and update your profile information from your Dashboard Settings
• Delete your product listings at any time
• Request deletion of your account by emailing hello@sellkraft.in

We use essential cookies only:

• Session cookies (sk_at, sk_rt) to keep you signed in
• Feedback tokens stored in localStorage to prevent duplicate reviews

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.

SellKraft is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
